We loved our time in Oregon. The Pacific Northwest is GORGEOUS and we love how it just pulls you outside. We spent a half a year in Medford, Oregon while I Worked at local Head Starts and boy do I miss a good dutch bros coffee… if you know, you know.
This town is so beautiful and especially in the fall. They have pretty hills and wineries. The downtown part of Ashland is fun to walk around with many small businesses and shops that you can support.
We stayed at a really cool airbnb, visited 10 barrel brewery and did a lot of hikes with beautiful views of mountain lakes and waterfalls.
We loved visiting this gorgeous National Park. We had lunch at the lodge and hiked the hitchhiker’s trail.
Mill Creek Falls
This old west town is the sweetest! We pulled over to shop here and ate lunch at a local burger + ice cream place that reminded Kristin of where she used to work in high school. It was such a fun town located near Bend.
Blue Pool, Tamolitch Falls:
accessible by hiking 2-3 miles. We chose the entrance to the pool area from the top that was slightly hard to find as you had to climb down some large rocks to then get to a viewing point. It was a really pretty hike and a fun photo opportunity. We didn’t swim in the water although we did see some people go all the way down and dip their feet in.
We did a weekend trip to Eugene and stayed in the cutest Yurt through Airbnb along the water way.
saturdays are for the market and for voodoo donuts
Exploring the Coast
Southern Oregon + Covered Bridges
Our favorite sushi place is here, Umi Sushi and this town was one of the most aesthetically pleasing towns with local shops.
Pheasant Fields Farms – Pumpkin Patch Fun!
Portland + Columbia River Gorge
one of the most fun activities we have ever done when traveling has been river rafting! We thought we were going to be paired with a larger group but we actually were on a private tour.
Weisinger Family Winery
We would go back to visit the pacific northwest in a heartbeat!
